Six techniques. One careful assessment. Care chosen to suit the person, not the other way around.
Over 26 years in practice, Dr Andrew has trained extensively across multiple techniques so he can match his approach to the person in front of him — not apply the same method to everyone who walks through the door.
The most widely used chiropractic technique. Involves specific, hands-on adjustments to restore movement and function. Precise and effective for a wide range of presentations.
A highly specific, evidence-informed technique involving detailed analysis before any adjustment. Known for its precision. Dr Andrew has extensive training in Gonstead methodology.
A low-force, instrument-assisted technique using an Integrator instrument. No twisting or cracking — gentle, specific impulses. Dr Andrew is advanced certified in TRT. Well suited to people who prefer a gentler approach or who are nervous about traditional adjustments.
A low-force, instrument-based technique using the Activator device. Gentle, controlled, and suitable for a wide range of body types and presentations.
Uses a specialised drop table to assist adjustments. Reduces the force required and can be more comfortable for certain presentations.
Hands-on work targeting muscles and connective tissue. Often used alongside adjustments to address tension that's contributing to restricted movement.
After your assessment, Dr Andrew explains his findings and recommends the approach he feels is best suited to your situation. If you have a preference or want to avoid certain techniques, just say so — care is always a conversation, not something done to you.
